Our scope of work includes gathering input from the addiction treatment field across the State of Maryland with regard to recommendations on funding levels, locations and types of problem gambling treatment services that will address the needs in various jurisdictions.
The Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling (the Center) promotes healthy and informed choices regarding gambling and problem gambling. As a strategic partner, NCADD-MD supports the Center’s efforts through public policy, prevention initiatives, training and education, and assistance in integrating disordered gambling protocols within the behavioral health care system.
